In order to reduce the computational difficulty by reducing the degree of freedom nonlinear system modeling wire isolator ,proposed a hybrid finite element modeling and neural network convergence. According to the method, linear structure parts of the wire isolator system use the finite element modeling and nonlinear structure parts or the parts difficult to use mechanism modeling use neural network description. Secondly, the finite element model part can be combined with the neural network model through the force and displacement boundary conditions and get a hybrid model of the whole system which has clear physical structure. Sine and broadband random excitation be predicted, tested and analyzed by the hybrid model with good results. The hybrid modeling method provides an effective way for the nonlinear dynamic system with the linear elastic structure as the main structure and the strongly nonlinear devices.
