The variety of quality management methods in recent years have overstrained the quality managers to select the effective quality management methods for their organisations. However, the integration quality management approach has become an effective methodology for manufacturing and service organisations. The purpose of this research is to develop an Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) model for evaluating the key drivers of integrating quality management performance. It aims to identify and prioritise the strategic drivers that are required to attain an integrated quality management performance for manufacturing organisations. The paper reviews the existing literature of quality management methods and identifies the key drivers of integrating quality management performances. Therefore, a hierarchical model is developed with a set of strategic drivers and Critical Success Factors (CSFs). A questionnaire survey is designed for a pair-wise comparison and to collect opinions from practitioners, academics and experts in the manufacturing field. The relative importance of the main criteria and sub-criteria are evaluated using the AHP model. Subsequently, the model validated and confirmed the obtained results. The results clearly demonstrated that the strategic planning driver is the most vital constituent of the operating and implementation drivers, with the integrated quality management performance, leadership support and organisational structure as the most critical quality factors for successful implementing of the strategic drivers and attaining the integrated quality management performance.
